Hello,

What MP3 bit rates are available in Winamp Pro?  I am interested in playing
an MP3 file, using the Pacemaker plug-in to speed it up and write it out to
MP3 again as long as the supported bit rates are adequate.

the only advanteges are that you can encode to mp3 and that you can burn
your mp3s on to cd faster than 4x I think.
