Hi Gina.

If you're using MP3GAIN, you're probably best sticking with the default
target volume of 89.  The problem is that older CD's don't cope too well
with volumes above this level and they tend to clip.

You could probably get away with 96 for more recent CD's that have been
released in the last 4-5 years.
