I think you should have quoted the whole message.  In case you don't have it
any more go to the Real Networks site and look up in their faqs the
difference between a .ram and .rm file.  In any case, you aren't playing a
.ram file, you're using a .ram file to point to a .rm file or list of .rm
files.
