Hi all I have heard about chat rooms and such things before, but know nothing about them at all!
Our organisation have a few people scattered throughout SA and we were thinking of creating a place where we can discuss different issues around the running of the organisation. This would give us realtime communication between different parties through speech and//or text. My question is now: can this be done and also, how private are these chat rooms?
