Hi Listers, I did return to the Audible web site to retry the download of my books. And I have had success! I now have three parts to "Degree of Guilt", and two parts of "Her Father's House".
I was wondering: I do have the Otis for listening on the go. So, I do transfer my files onto there, sometimes. However, in the past, I don't remember what format is supported by the Otis. Is it 2 and 3? Of course, if I can, I will choose 3 because, although the file is bigger, the sound quality is probably better than 1 and 2. I know the Otis doesn't support format 4. Can anyone tell me what formats the Otis does support? Why doesn't it support the best one, format 4? Kathleen G.
