Hi Julie, step 1. go to controll pannel and press enter 2. press the letter a till it says add/remove programs and press enter 3. tab down 1 time and you'll be on your list of programs 4. now, down arrow till you hear the version of Windows Media player you have 5. now, tab down till it says remove and press enter 6. follow the prompts from there to remove Media player 7. Now, go to http://www.acbradio.org and you want to click on I think it says download a player 8. then look for Windows Media and click on it Then download the player then install it Hope that helps. how do you go about uninstalling and reinstalling windows media? where would I get the version to install?
