I am having similar problems, and I do remember at one time I was able to see that shuffle option. Now I cannot see it in the choices. I tried the alt p and arrowed and nothing happens. if I press alt, no menu bar comes up either. I believe I just recently upgraded to windows media 9 and I run XP home and jaws 5. Any other help or suggestions would be great. regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: "anthony campbell" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list.
