Hello, i've developed a ARM-based Jpeg-Library for PalmOS. It ist based on the Jpeg-Implementation of the Independent JPEG Group and the jpegLib by Yves Piguet. Currently it only supports decoding, but encoding will be add as soon as possible. The Library is completly free and Open-Source. If you are interested have a look at
