No, that is what I didn't want to do because I am not sure that I recall all
of the updates, overlays, etc.  I was hoping to not have to do that but I am
against the wall here.  I am new and don't know where to look for the
problem.  I have looked all over and nothing jumps out at me.
The latest thing I have done is to debug/download hello.mcp yet, it appears
on the device as Starter (an example from a book that DID work until I
fooled with it).

Anything else come to mind?  If not, I guess I will go through the gauntlet
and re-install CW6, et.al.
