Why state the obvious?

It is re-installed and it was not a straightforward process; just like the
first time.

| Well, re-installing shouldn't really be that big of a deal.  You pop the
CD in,
| run the installer.  Then you go to Palm's site and download any updates

| need.  That's it.  With the time spent on this list, it could've been done
