Good resource designer, nice GCC integration (allowing easy debugging with GNU GDB, stepping line by line trough your code, setting breakpoints, adding watches etc). I definintely recommend it if you are already using GCC, or looking for a free cheap dev. environment to get started (or if you don't like Codewarrior for any reason) .
