If you aren’t planning to try to get this reviewed in the short term, closing and reopening would be fine (ideally linking this bug from the new one when you reopen). I suppose you could also repurpose a state like "MODIFIED" if you want to keep this bug open but don’t want it to show up in places like https://fedoraproject.org/PackageReviewStatus/reviewable.html.
