My understanding is that during compilation, the compiler replaces the contents
of the `#include` statements with the complete contents of the referred files.
So, header-only libraries (the used bits) will end up being compiled and as
part of the generated binaries, which means their licensing needs to be taken
into account.

Does that make sense?
