So, in this case, since the third party bits aren't ending up in the binary, we don't need to include their licenses etc. nor specify them as bundled. I think we should add a note in the spec about this, and a reminder that this should be re-checked for every new release, just in case upstream does start to use them to build the library etc. I'll complete the review in the next couple of days.
