When a resource failed, I think that the score of the resource becomes less than 0. When the resource was not able to start in all nodes in the site, I think that score becomes less than 0 in all nodes. I want to judge the state that a resource was not able to operate from this score. When a ticket does not become grant, the score of the resource becomes less than 0.
