Hi and thanks for the answer. What do you mean with "some configuration
info for individual nodes"? I was thinking that having a single otrs on a
clustered fs would avoid to have any file stored elsewhere than the
cluster... Does otrs save something, let's say, on /tmp or /var directories
that can't be configured to be put into the mounted cluster?

Ops, sorry, I wrote GFS2 but I meant gluster fs. This is a Gluster
Filesystem cluster. My mistake.
