Hi, 3.2.13 -> 3.3.x -> 4.0.x (x= any version)
you notice this: Step 6: Apply the database changes in: http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/stable/en/html/upgrading.html The main change is the database need to be upgraded.
