The user data exists, as does the Customer Company that the user is mapped
to, yet we're still getting this error...?



*( I understand that RADIUS has nothing to do with it and is only used for
authentication. The reason I mentioned LDAP outright was to hopefully head
off any advice/comments that would pertain to checking LDAP settings, since
our configuration is not authenticating against LDAP, or pulling user data
from LDAP either in any fashion.)*
