Can you link grandchildren (by way of parent-child relationship established at each child having a child)? Yes The real question is not that. The real question is: How can I display linked grandchildren in a grandparent?
You apparently cannot, and for generally the good reason that the overhead is a pain. Just like Active Directory Users and Computers, you'll only see individuals and groups (but not members of groups) just under a given group. It's not practical but probably can be custom programmed.
