Hi Marty, I see. The problem would probably be that the package creates new toplevel directories which is not possible in OTRS 3.3 if run via the webserver. You can try installing it via the commandline (bin/otrs.PackageManager.pl) with the otrs user, then it should work. I need to see if I can find a fix for that.
