NoTificationS go to ageNTS (usually) and that means they go to the email addresses assigned to the agent (Admin, Agents, select relevant agent.) If you've customized a Notification (Event) to go to a specific email address, you'll have to .. erm... address it there. However, if msm...@domain.com is an alias to marl...@domain.com, this isn't going to be helpful.
