Hi. I have this url-thingy: http://images.company.com/login.jpg
The "login" part actually corresponds to what OTRS calls "Login" in the customer information box. It's a repository of pictures of all our customers. Well, most of them. In my case, my login is "lajo" so that url would be http://images.company.com/lajo.jpg I would like to display a picture of the customer in that box. I can't for the life of me figure out where to even start. So far my best bet is LayoutTicket.pm, but as I don't know perl, I'm pretty much stumped. Is there an easy(ish) way to get those pictures up on the page? -- Lars
