Thanks  Gerald,Steven It worked like a charm and also i do get "You
have more error log entries: No such /etc/ssl/certs!, No such
/etc/ssl/certs!," in Support Assessment and also is there a way to set
http://myotrs.company.com/otrs/index.pl to http://myotrs.company.com/?
