This is the error I am getting, and in /var/log/messages it states: OTRS-CGI-10[16465]: [Error][Kernel::System::Auth::Sync::LDAP::Sync][Line:262]: Can't create user 'USER' (CN=FULL USER NAME,OU=Users,OU=Organization Unit 2,OU= Organization Unit 1,DC=example,DC=com) in RDBMS!
