Hello. I am trialling OTRS (ITSM 3.0.4) for our organisation and so far loving what I am seeing. My favourite part if the "Config Item" module for tracking computers, locations, networks, etc.
I have to occasionally submit detailed reports on the PCs in our organisation, but more than just how many; things like how many per department, etc. I am new to creating reports, and hope someone can point me in the right direction (or tell me what I am looking to do is not possible) I have created a report that gives me the total number of computers and laptops in the database, but I cannot see any options for creating a report that lists each individual computer (in "Production" or otherwise) with it's name and other details. Is this possible to do with the "Statistics" module, or will I likely have to seek an alternate solution. The information is of course in the database; it is just a matter of pulling it out.
