Hi,
I need to modify the customer public interface so that before a ticket
is created the customer needs to answer a few question based on a
flowchart schema:
E.g.
Is your pc on? yes/no
YES
Is the mouse properly connected? yes/no
NO
Connect the mouse
and so on...
If no answer available for the issue, then a ticket will be created.
I've seen the FAQ module, but I don't think it can do something like this...
