Hello Adam, Since every user's working hours are related with a calendar, you can configure it to fulfills your needs. Go to the SysConfig and search for the calendar you want to modify. i.e., for Calendar 1:
TimeWorkingHours::Calendar1 To leave a flexible time reporting calendar, uncheck all the working hours in the desired calendar. I hope this helps!
