hi all:
       There are two problems.
       1.i enabled the New ticket notification.But when my queue receive a new 
ticket,i couldn't
receive any email notification from the otrs system.
       2.when i configure customer with multiple IDS,i don't know which file to 
be added the
following codes:


Now the new column has to be added to the MAP array in Kernel/Config.pm:

    # var, frontend, storage, shown (1=always,2=lite), required, storage-type, 
http-link, readonly
    [...]
    [ 'UserCustomerIDs', 'CustomerIDs', 'customer_ids', 1, 0, 'var', '', 0 ],
