The easiest way to change the FQDN, is to change it in SysConfig -> Framework -> Core (without having to edit config files manually)
SysConfig is accessible via web interface, in the Admin Area.

Thanks!

The problem is that the change is not being saved and I dont know what
file is used to define "Core".

Any ideas?

Where is the "OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN" set?

<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN> uses the FQDN that you set as the value of $Self->
{'FQDN'} in ~otrs/Kernel/Config.pm (or using SysConfig you can set it
under Framework -> Core).

I have set it in otrs/Kernal/Config.pm and in ZZZAuto.pm but the
real FQDN never appears in any responses.

What did you set exactly? And what do you get? Nothing, http:///?
