Hi all,
I have this problem:
I installed otrs 2.0.0 beta 6 from rpm on a redhat 9 system.
when i go to http://hostname/otrs/installer.pl, the license agreement
shows up (step 1/4).
After accepting the agreement nothing changes - the same license
agreement page shows up (no error messages).
Any suggestions?
I had a previous version of otrs on this machine before (1.2), and
before installing this new one I uninstalled it and removed everything
form /opt/otrs, as well as the otrs database from mysql.
What am I doing wrong?
