Sounds like a mod_perl problem. Please check, if modPerl and the CGI 
package of perl are compartible. If a mod_perl version < 2.x is 
installed, you should IMHO use CGI.PM < 3.10. For mod_perl versions > 
2.x, CGI.pm 3.10 is oK. That are the expiriences I made on debian 
systems and SUSE, but I never tryed it with FC.
