Ich war mal wieder selber Schuld :( Wer die Doku zum Upgrade lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil. Ich habe mein Update "wie immer" gemacht, also wie von 3.0.10 auf 3.0.11 Der entscheidene Tipp war der Bug beim DB Udpate. ich habe aus der Doku folgende Punkte nachgezogen weil vorher vergessen cat scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.1.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u otrs otrs sudo -u otrs -c "scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.1.pl" cat scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.1-post.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u otrs otrs bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl und schon klappts.
