=== schnipp === Achtung: ich habe anfänglich /opt/otrs als Link auf das entpackte original-Verzeichnis gehabt. Das hat an der einen oder anderen Stelle Schwierigkeiten gemacht. Z.B. bei der SetPermission.pl MUSST du am Ende einen Slash angeben Schlecht: ./bin/otrs.SetPermission.pl /opt/otrs Gut: ./bin/otrs.SetPermission.pl /opt/otrs/ === schnipp === Die Optionen zu User/Group müssen natürlich noch dazu. Das ist aber auch wirklich tückisch an dieser Stelle ...
