For now, I guess they'll be hosted on tcpdump.org.  I'm in the process of 
cleaning up the linktype I-D so that all the descriptions in it are short and, 
if there are no official standards that suffice, point them to descriptions on 
www.tcpdump.org.

*I* claim no IPR on the document. (The notion that anybody would be worried 
about any IPR claims *I* has never even occurred to me!)

I can't speak for anybody else; the document itself will be pointing at other 
sites, who can put up their own intellectual property statements if they want.
