Thanks for the update. I'll also review 9190 etc. against 9325. From a quick check, it looks like the EAP / RADIUS documents cover many issues which are not in 9325, So it may be worth either updating that document. A short-term process for TACACS+TLS is to just either copy text from the EAP / RADIUS documents. There's a substantial amount of text which is generic to "applications using TLS", and not EAP or RADIUS specific.
