The sentence "The RADIUS Extensions Working Group will focus on

is quite clear, IMHO: new features so long as the AD allows us to.

We can work on standardisation of the previous "cisco-av-pair" when
there are volunteers to do it, and if our (OPS area) ADs allow us to do it.

There is not even a charter update needed.
