Yes I can see it... I downloaded the image from http://download.cirros-cloud.net
/0.3.3/cirros-0.3.3-x86_64-disk.img
and installed it via glance...

Interestingly, the openrc file (which I have to source) by default uses v3 for
the OS_AUTH_URL but I had to change it to v2.0 because Yardstick was complaining
with the following error:
