Hi,

It seems there has been some change in the look & feel (style) of the docs
posted at docs.opnfv.org. What process is underway to review and approve these
proposed changes:

- The nativation layout and style of the Copper project docs has
changed from the RTD style to something else - not nearly as user-friendly or
readable

- The font colors used on the section pages e.g.
http://docs.opnfv.org/en/latest/featureprojects.html are too faint. The red
strains the eye as well as the light grey in the text ala
http://docs.opnfv.org/en/latest/submodules/copper/docs/design/introduction.html.

- The overall doc style is much less desirable than the RTD theme,
e.g. compare the above to
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/copper/docs/design/index.html

- Having to navigate the outline by page forward/back is less usable
than having the outline always on the left as in
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/copper/docs/design/index.html

I believe projects should be able to specify the look & feel / style aspects of
how their documentation is presented. In the Copper, Models, and VES case we
intend to publish using the RTD theme as in
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/copper/docs/design/index.html. This needs to be
supported somehow at http://docs.opnfv.org

Thanks,
Bryan Sullivan | AT&T
