The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows
sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.

To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped
automatically by the mailing list software.

The luci-app itself is only 13k, but it pulls in various rpcd-mod
stuff unique to the luci-app, that I think adds about another 100k...

I had not seen that one, it appears to be an issue with the ASU server
not putting the proper value in a place that the LuCI app can find it
(all the other ASU clients do things differently, hence they are working
fine).  I'm debugging it right now, will report back.
