You can find it in /lantiq/target/linux/ltqcpe/ patches-2.6.32/ There is also /lantiq/target/linux/generic-2.6/patches-2.6.32/ But these are largely OpenWRT patches they are using in their SDK except for 1 or 2. We just need to refresh them up to 3.10 if there are no major changes.
