Sorry for my lack of understanding, but could you describe this? What's the difference between intra-VLAN and "two machines in the same VLAN"? > Are you using a Wan Ethernet ? Yeah, when testing "Between separated VLANs" I was using LAN#1 port LAN#4 port (also know as WAN).
