Given that older routers can't run luci on AA, updates to the 10.03 series would be relevant. (Getting a 10.03.2 release out with the committed fix for Buffalo's G125 would be nice.)
Worrying about LTS kernels really only makes sense if there is going to be LTS. Which it seems there mostly isn't, as old branches don't get attention.
