Thats a mac80211 problem though, beyound the scope of iwinfo. It takes
the driver reported values and uses them.

Done. Does 30dBm mean it has 10dBm power offset?

Does it indeed find no IDs? In this case I'd be interested in a copy of
the boardconfig partition.
