I got about the same problem after installing trunk r28380.
Phones, pads, computers, all had problems:
Wireless works: http://www.speedtest.net/android/91880479.png
(with a galaxy S2), but at some point in time, the wifi seems to
go some kind of mute. I can receive traffic from my telephone,
but any data send to the telephone does not arrive.
This happens after being a little idle after a while. It also
seems that the ammount of devices trying to connect matters. At
home the r28380 "seems" stable with only 2 devices, but at work
with about 10 other devices connected to this specific AP it
happens much sooner.

I was browsing the revisions log, and I noticed there was a big
mac80211 upstream merger just after r28380, so I compiled trunk:
r28428 and installed it.
It feels as if the AP has never been as stable as that. So I
think the mac80211 upstream merger has fixed whatever was still
wrong at r28380.

This is tested on a WNDR3700v2. The 10.3.1-rc5 was more stable
until now. (10.3.1-rc5 has problems where the wifi seems to go
bad until the wifi is reset).

So, thanks for this! I think I am gonna be very happy :-).

Regards,
Ard
