driver that was published on linuxppc-dev list. There were newer versions
of this driver since then but it's still a work in progress and there

Speaking out of ignorance, but maybe the dwc_otg driver should go
somewhere else, since it's used also by other targets (e.g. lantiq).
To avoid duplication of code.
