The patch works but is a bit inefficient, it could be simplified to work
with less forks. Another thing to consider when saving conffiles:
Sysupgrade should only backup files that are actually changed compared
to the original version (md5sum check). Otherwise it will be impossible
to ship updated default config files since opkg will refuse to install
the new ones if one already exists.
I think the best approach would be patching opkg to produce a listing of
changed conffiles.
