Hi Gerlando, I think it's a good idea. It could be part of the effort of the project lacie-nas.org. If you plan to do some documentation, I think you should use the wiki of lacie-nas.org (notice that it is currently down). If you need help, you can ask on the IRC #lacie-nas. The support could include the new LaCie NAS which use a Marvell Kirkwood. The kernel support is on the road.
