Thank you for this submission, the NAPI patch has been merged as of revision 
8013. I am very sorry for the long delay it took, as you have noticed there 
was quite a lot of changes in the adm5120 to make it more efficient and 
reliable on the various boards we find.

I do remember we talked about integrating the adm5120 switch to the existing 
kmod-switch driver which are part of OpenWrt. If you have some resource to 
work on this, I will be very glad to add support for it. Also, as you might 
have noticed, we integrated preliminary support for the bandwidth control, so 
this would make sense to extend the switch driver to include support for this 
feature.

You can have a look at package/switch/src/ to see how the core driver 
interacts with driver specific functions.
