So while I am currently using

/etc/openvpn/server-X.conf with systemctl start openvpn@server-X

instead I should use

/etc/openvpn/server/X.conf with systemctl start openvpn-server@X

OTOH I only need this be consistent on Ubuntu 20.04 only.
