I'm not entirely sure where to recruit all this people you want to put
on the windows team :-) - but *if* you find them, I do not think we need
a separate trac or IRC channel. It's "openvpn devel" after all, as
we're discussing FreeBSD and Linux stuff in the main group as well...
Should we manage to recruit 20 extra developers, and the volume in IRC
becomes unbearable, I reserve the right to change my opinion, though :-)
